Train new employees Communicate to management the needs of employee and the needs of the facility needs ensuring the healthy and safety standards of the facility. Resolving dispute between employee and residents. Promoting a upholding a positive workplace. Making sure that the documentation of the employees is current. The field of Human Service was the focus of my studies at LaGuardia Community College, from which I graduated. Learning skills such as empathy skills, listening skills, collecting client data, compiling and maintaining service records, and utilizing community resources to address client needs in order to empower human growth and development is one of the ways that this degree has helped me to emphasize my strengths and abilities. Training in motivational interviewing (MI) was something I participated in.With a concentration in Human Service and Community Justice, I am currently enrolled in the John Jay College of Criminal Justice at the City University of New York.
