Gyeom Lee

I'm a third-year student majoring in Graphic Design at Boston University. I'm a social butterfly, and I love finding and telling stories through all sorts of design: graphic, product, and UX/UI.

Within these three years, I've gained experience in prototyping, wireframing, digital marketing, creative direction, user-based research, UI/UX, and so much more beyond the screen. 

I'm a lover of all things human. I love emotions, relationships, personalities, and the way people think and interact.. which is why I strive to become a bridge for connecting two things I love the most: design and people. 

Graphic Designer at BOSTON HACKS • APR 2021 – PRESENT (BOSTON, MA) 

• Manages UI/UX (high-fidelity wireframing, prototyping) for BostonHack’s websites. Creates promotional graphics for social platforms and marketing materials for fundraising.

Graphic Design Intern at CHEGG • JUN 2022 – AUG 2022 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA)

• Worked alongside the UX/UXR team to revamp the Chegg marketing landing pages through low/mid-fidelity wireframes, improving user flows to increase conversion rates. Created various print/digital marketing materials (intern merch, company app store screenshots, internal and external company promotions, digest email graphics).

UX Intern at FORGE DESIGNS • MAY 2022 – AUG 2022 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA)

• Executed research and design for our small business client Ollie through interviews and competitor analyses.
• Designed and delivered wireframes and prototypes.
• Conceptualized branding and created branding assets such as logos, branding guides, and UI kits.
