About Gregory Goodall:
I have a wide range of experience managing security and retail operations. In addition, I have advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Server products, and am a bit of a propeller head, so am well suited to Office Administration type jobs. In the past, I ran my own security company which also trained security guards, responsible for ensuring security personnel reached and maintained the level of training required for licensing. In addition, we were licensed Private Investigators, specializing in process serving, requiring stringent adherence to legal processes.
Experience
I have roughly 30 years experience in security management, at various levels, including CCTV operations and management, training, and played a major role in developing the Post Orders for the Prime Ministers Offices in Ottawa, which became the standard for all federal security posts held by the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires across Canada. This project resulted in 22 volumes covering each of the guard posts and positions at the PMO.
In addition, after selling my security company, I began working at a hunting and fishing store, where I was promoted 3 times, from Associate, to Manager in Training, to Hunting Manager, and finally, assistant store manager. In those management positions, I was integral in ensuring strict legal adherence to state and federal regulations.
Education
I have 3 years of post secondary education, not degreed, with a focus in Social Work. In addition I received my Cisco Systems Administrator certification, and whilst working in the IT industry, multiple credits towards my Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
