About Gregory Alvarez:

A little about me I’m currently a foreman for a commercial heating and air conditioning company. I’ve been in the trade going on 25yrs now. Started off at a company called Helm mechanical that got bought out by comfort systems. I’ve been on many different types of jobs from labs, high rises, hospitals, and government jobs you name it. I’m well organized, being a foreman for so many years  it’s second nature  to be well organized from my penmanship, accurate duct detail/takeoff, properly tagging your submittals/plans to search threw them faster, creating cheat sheets, and simplifying as much as possible for my coworkers that work on the job that I am managing. I’m still learning new things and open for anything that’s going to keep me sharp around the edges.
