• Principal Project Manager for Harbor Lights Decorative lighting project in New York City. Roughly $45M in color-changing lights for 9 bridges. Managed multi-disciplinary team including Supply Chain, Procurement, Pre-Commissioning, Storage, and Transport. Worked directly onsite with CM to coordinate with installing Contractors. Increased margin by $5M by successfully achieving all schedule milestones.
• Project Manager for $23M Performance Contract retrofitting all lighting at 25 Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority garages. Managed multiple subcontractors while coordinating product manufacturing as well as engineering tasks for the Measurement and Verification program.
• Project Manager for Hoan Bridge Decorative Lighting Project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. $3.2M Design/Build installation of lighting on 600 ft tied-arch bridge for a non-profit foundation. Led pre-construction process through permitting with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation through installation and commissioning of a lighting system.

• Simultaneously managed three projects totaling $16 Million. Headed nearly half of 30- Employee Company’s construction volume. Projects included an $8.8 million seismic upgrade and historic renovation, a $7.5 million award-winning new school building, and a $1 million tenant improvement project.
• Managed a $3 million healthcare project at San Quentin State Prison coordinating work inside and outside high-security areas and penetrating high-security perimeter. Coordinated shut down of all electrical power to the high-security portion of the prison and operation on temporary generator power for 7 days.

• Performed all engineering functions as a sole engineer on $20M elementary school new campus construction. Approximately 55% through the project, there were 746 RFIs, 160 Change Order Requests, and $750,000 in approved Change Orders.
