I have 9 years of experience in IT industry. I worked as a scrum master for companies such as BCBSM, Ally financials, Concentrix, United wholesale Mortgage. I am strong communicator and problem solver. I helped the teams in delivering the project on time and budget by helping the team to adopt the right framework based on the complexity of the project work. One of the recent accomplishments achieved in my current organization is help my team to come up with the peer review process which helps to increase the productivity to 15 % that leads as to a brighter future and sucess.
