About Grace Schaffer:

I used to work Food Service before I retired. I worked 9 years in the business. I really enjoyed working and feeding the children. I loved preparing and sometimes even got to cook the food. But Food Service was my passion!

Experience

All I can say again is working in the school Food Service was my passion! All the other jobs I worked were nothing compared to Food Service, I'm sorry I didn't know in my younger years! I enjoy preparing the food for the children, then handing out the food to them, and then of course cleaning up afterwards. Preparing for the next day. I enjoyed working in Food Service.

Education

I have a GED. I went through all the classes for Food Service years ago here in Indian River County and Polk County, where I first started out.
