Bilingual Certified Exercise Physiologist aiming to safely and effectively implement exercise programs to improve the well-being of those engaged. Looking for a community of energetic and compassionate fitness professionals who foster growth amongst themselves and their clients. 

I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 5 years. I instructed a variety of fitness classes including: yoga, pilates, spin, silver sneakers, and bootcamp. I've worked with all ages from youth to elderly. While working for Chiropractic and Physical Therapy clinics, I learned how to implement injury rehab programs. In these clinical settings, I performed kinesiology taping, cupping, PNF stretching, therapeutic massage, and traction. 

I received by Bachelors in Exercise Science from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During this time I learned about exercise prescription, exercise testing, biomechanics, nutrition, and assessments of body composition.
