Bilingual media and program management professional with over a decade of experience across public media, documentary production, digital strategy, and large-scale event coordination. Currently serving as Program Manager at Latino Public Broadcasting, where I oversee digital media funding initiatives, manage multi-project pipelines, coordinate fellowships, and ensure successful delivery of content to PBS and digital platforms. My background includes leading funding selection processes, managing production deliverables, coordinating marketing and distribution strategies, and supporting executive leadership.

Previously, I held senior coordination and leadership roles at national and international media organizations, producing industry conferences, summits, and forums in collaboration with major studios, broadcasters, and cultural institutions. Earlier in my career, I worked in entertainment marketing, advertising, journalism, and digital strategy, collaborating with production companies, brands, and news organizations. I bring a strong foundation in journalism, storytelling, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience spanning media production, event planning, marketing, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, providing a strong foundation in storytelling, media ethics, research, and communication. Since completing my degree, I have remained committed to continuous professional development, pursuing specialized courses and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices. I am currently preparing for PMP certification to strengthen my project management expertise and am enrolled in a Film and TV Industry Essentials course through the University of New York, further deepening my knowledge of contemporary media production and distribution.
