Giovani Salinas

Hello there my name is Giovani Salinas. I been working since I was 17 years old. I had many traits and positions going from vendor from Goya to a fed ex driver. I worked construction for many years. These last 10 years I been moving up the chain line in scaffolding. I became a foreman for a company name Brock. Let me put out there that I started as a helper and in a few years I was a foreman. This was a very demanding job but nothing my mind and body can't thrive on. The job was good but I reached a point I couldn't move up. So I decided to see if there's any electrical work or anything that I can really move up and shine like I was meant too. I have in total 18 years of contractor training I have all Istc badges up to date. I worked at various plants and refineries. Total, Valero, Motiva, Chevron Phillips,  ExxonMobil, Basf, Huntsman, too name a few. I know all the safety regulations, Safety first Always!! I worked various turnarounds. I also worked a few maintenance jobs the hours weren't great but it's a constant weekly check. In all honesty all I need is the opportunity to show that I'm not a mistake but a great decision.

I know all the safety standards in the refineries.

I'm a hard  worker I been building scaffolds most of my life. Went from helper to foreman in very few years. I enjoyed the various years In the scaffolding trade but there's no room for growth. I reached the top. Looking forward too learn a new craft where I can actually shine and move up!
