My name is Giamna, and I am a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional with a deep passion for caring for others. As a mother of two and a recent graduate with hands-on experience in a hematology-oncology unit, I’ve developed a profound appreciation for the impact nurses have on patients and their families. My journey through nursing school and my work as a physical therapist assistant have fueled my drive to provide holistic, empathetic care while continuously learning and growing in the field. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of others and look forward to advancing my career as a nurse.

I have nearly nine years of experience working as a physical therapist assistant, where I honed my skills in patient care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration. My background has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding patient needs, promoting recovery, and supporting individualized care plans. Recently, I graduated as a nurse and completed my clinical training in the hematology-oncology unit at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience in delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care. I am now eager to transition into a nursing role, bringing my dedication, adaptability, and passion for improving patient outcomes to a healthcare team.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Florida International University, earned in December 2024. Prior to this, I graduated from Keiser University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2020 and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2016. My diverse educational background has equipped me with a strong foundation in healthcare, patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
