Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional and IP matters including licensing as well as all types of commercial agreements relating to technology, including software development agreements, supply agreements, and OEM agreements. Substantial expertise developed over more than 40 years building and managing patent portfolios from a strategic and monetization perspective. Developed IP strategies and provided effective counseling in patent prosecution, licensing and other IP transactions, patent litigation, due diligence, and copyright, trademark and patent portfolio management.  Quickly assimilated substantially all technologies with a focus on the hard sciences. Actively participated in trials in federal court as well as before the ITC.
