I have been widowed for 4 years & have 2 grown children & 4 grandchildren.

I have held several positions in my 40+ years of employment and like learning new & improved technologies. 

My passion is football & my favorite team is the Miami Dolphins. I have been a fan since 1969 & was fortunate enough to witness their 1972 undefeated season.

I like to create reports in Excel using its powerful functions. The reports should be easy to read & have the use of filters so that the reader can easily access the data they are looking for.

Quality Assurance Analyst/Work Force Management Specialist 

1. Responsible for accurately reporting Headcount figures, Quota, End of Month Adjustments, and Payroll. Designed and implemented Excel spreadsheets to maintain the accuracy of these reports. 
2. Worked closely with the management team to provide and verified sales reports from a quota database. 
3. Analyst for the Quality Development Process that consisted of observing recorded and live incoming calls. Critiqued and scored calls according to the guidelines set forth by Corporate.

I have enough credits for an Associates Degree, however, I had not pursued the diploma. I was seeking a Business Degree & took the general studies portion of that degree at a community college.
