Hello, my name is Gaige.

 I am a Human Resources professional with a strong specialization in the psychology of recruitment processes and candidate assessment. Throughout my career, I have worked in recruitment agencies as well as served as the Head of Human Resources in three different companies, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and employee management.

My background in psychology enables me to go beyond traditional hiring methods, focusing not only on candidates' technical skills but also on their motivations, personality traits, and potential for long-term success within an organization. I believe that an effective recruitment process should not only find the right talent but also ensure a strong cultural and professional fit between candidates and companies.

I am passionate about optimizing selection strategies and continuously improving hiring methodologies to create high-performing teams and contribute to business growth. In addition to my expertise in HR, I speak Spanish, which allows me to work effectively in diverse and international environments.
