• Teach a range of rigorous and engaging curriculum to groups of between 11-25 sophomore and senior students, all being prepared to sit and successfully complete state testing (MCAP) or college-level credit testing (IB DP).
• Craft data-driven student learning outcomes that are tracked throughout the year to gauge the level of progress students make on writing tasks over time with continual instruction, which resulted in a 100% success rate (24-25).
• Collaborate with teachers in both vertical and grade level teams, backwards mapping units to ensure the cohesion, trajectory, and success of our English Department’s curriculum over the entirety of a student’s high school years.

• Devised and implemented yearlong training plans (including agility, mobility, flexibility, speed, strength, technique, and active recovery) for individual athletes focused on ability levels and specific events. 
• Communicated with meet representatives, other coaches, athletic leadership representatives, and athletes to ensure pre-meet day preparations, smooth meet-day operations and post-meet day travel and lodging. 
• Recruited high school age and transfer student athletes to the university level through individual emails, texts, calls, and personal tours, via eligible athletes or coaches. 
• Researched, obtained, and scheduled adequate practice facilities for winter training months that could comfortably contain various event groups for indoor training needs. 
• Directed a group of 8-10 throwers in event specific throws (shot put, discus, javelin, hammer, and weight), specializing and catering practice plans to individual needs and ability levels.
