Gabi Norby

I am a recent graduate with a passion for event coordination, experiential marketing, and project organization. Through hands on event work and coordinating a large scale wedding, I developed strong skills in planning timelines, managing logistics, and supporting teams in fast paced environments. I enjoy the behind the scenes work that turns ideas into seamless experiences and am excited to continue growing in event planning, marketing coordination, or agency environments.

Recent graduate with experience supporting live events, coordinating timelines, and assisting with operational tasks in fast paced environments. Worked as event staff assisting with event setup, logistics, and guest coordination, while also independently planning and managing a large scale wedding. Additional experience in administrative support, childcare coordination, and customer facing roles has strengthened my organization, communication, and problem solving skills.

Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Graduated with a 3.72 GPA and recognized on the Dean’s List. Studied abroad in Florence, Italy through the Accent Global Learning Program, gaining international academic and cultural experience.
