My most relevant education is probably the one I have yet to discover. With so many opportunities to continuously learn and improve, a college education that we may have received, say 20 years ago, is not really that relevant. I also believe that its not really our educational status or resume, but how we apply what we have learned.  I have learned to listen first, second, third, and last. I have learned to be bold, be decisive, be fair, be clear, and be present.
