About Frank Pace:

A twenty-four-year police officer with the Gloucester Township Police Department in New Jersey, retiring as Sergeant of Police.  During this tenure, I spent nine years in the Gloucester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit where specialized in motor vehicle crash investigations, impaired driving detection and enforcement, work zone safety Implementation, and traffic enforcement.  While assigned to the Traffic Safety Unit, I was designated as the Team Leader for the Serious Crash Investigation Team for the police department.  In this position, I was the primary investigating officer on all fatal or serious bodily injury motor vehicle crashes.  I was also designated to train all new officers assigned to the Traffic Safety Unit.  I was often called upon from other police jurisdictions to assist in serious crash investigations or consult with their investigating officer.

In December of 2016 I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant of Police and transferred to the Patrol Division of the Gloucester Township Police Department.  I was appointed to supervise in the department’s patrol division, Operation Response Unit (Crime Suppression Unit), and Traffic Safety Unit. As a supervisor, I learned to supervise large and small groups with different backgrounds, personalities, ambitions, and goals.  I learned to motivate others efficiently along with being a mentor for others.

Throughout my tenure as a police officer, I also served as an adjunct instructor at the Camden County Police Academy.  In that compacity I assisted in training new police recruits and In-service training of sworn law enforcement officers.  I was also an instructor with the New Jersey State Police in the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Program.

My goals have always been to thoroughly complete investigations, no matter how big or small. I tried to follow many investigations through the court system until a decision was made whether it was a criminal or civil matter.  Upon becoming a supervisor, I have tried to instill this into the men and women that I supervisor or serve as a mentor.

Upon retirement, I was hired by EFI Global, Inc. as a Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist and Forensic Consultant on December 11, 2023.
