Frank Hagaman

I graduated with a degree in History at Westminster College (Fulton,Mo) and migrated to south Florida in May 2021. I am currently a Sales director at Smartlite. I have been selling mall advertisements nationally with Smartlite via telephone/email since September 2021.  I have developed and have been extremely successful in the role. I have made strides year over year. I have accumulated hundreds of hours of work experience, sales experience, customer service experience, computer experience etc. As a result, I have evolved and become further developed my leadership skills, emotional intelligence, networking, negotiating, communication, organization and planning skills.

My liberal arts background, collegiate experience and my upbringing have absolutely contributed/ influenced my work success to this point. I’m extremely blessed, I’m very fortunate to be in the position I’m currently in. I’m extremely grateful for everyone and everything thats impacted me throughout my life.

responsible for general maintenance and up keep of 41,000 square foot warehouse facility that assembles and distributes Kohler and John Deere Generators for industrial applications. Fulfilled 2 year commitment for this successful program and received consecutive yearly pay increases based on performance.

Ranch Hand

Summer employee responsible for maintenance of multiple ranches in Northeast Nebraska.

Daily duties consisted of feeding livestock, distribution of minerals and fence up keep for livestock.
