Analytical and problem-solving ability, integration experience for product development in a multidisciplinary environment. MBA in Business Management. Native in Portuguese language, fluent in English; basic Spanish and German.

Experience

- Project management and lead of Aircraft Systems Noise & Vibration Development, meeting program deadlines and budget.

- Creation of technical documents as part of procurement bidding processes, e.g. Request for Information (RFI), High Level Requirements (HLR), System Basic Definition (SBD), Statement of Work (SOW), Schedule Delivery.

- Successful definition and implementation of Noise & Vibration Strategy for airworthiness certification at regulatory agencies - ANAC (Brazilian Civil Aviation) and FAA.

- Engines, electrical generators, and air-conditioning machines vibration measurements and analysis for preventive and predictive maintenance (condition-based maintenance).

- HALT, HASS, Endurance and Reliability tests specification, execution, and analysis.

- Specification of vibration & shock qualification requirements for aircraft systems/equipment/components.

- Witnessing of vibration & shock qualification tests and review of qualification reports.

- Thermoacoustic insulation system development with manufacturer, meeting noise levels requirements and cost and weight targets with over 10% margin.

- Technical specification of vibration isolators for whole aircraft and full development (bidding, supplier proposal, development, qualification tests, installation, and validation). Cost target exceeded by 20% and expected vibration reduction attained.

- Technical integration with other engineering disciplines and process/production areas.

- Technical discussions and integration with systems’ and equipment’s suppliers.

- Definition of COTS vibration isolators and damping materials for specific applications.

- Aircraft systems noise and vibration response analysis and solutions development.

- Aircraft systems troubleshooting.

- Lecturer of N&V technology for the company’s Engineering Specialization Program.

- Application of Lean Continuous Improvement principles and tools (VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Lean Control Tower, KPI definition).

- Project management and Jira Scrum use for successful accomplishment of tasks.
