Hello, welcome to my profile! My name is Francisco, and I'm passionate about the retail industry. With 5+ years of experience in retail management and customer service, I've developed a keen understanding of what it takes to create exceptional shopping experiences.

My journey in retail began with a part-time job, in College, as a Grocery Bagger serving the customers and getting to know the community. Since then I completed a BBA focused in Business Administration and General Management from the University of Puerto Rico in Humacao. I've had the privilege of working for big grocers like Trader Joe's, where I quickly became a category manager. After, I joined a grocery delivery company called JOKR as the Inventory Manger for their two locations in Boston. Currently, I'm a part of the team at Daily Table, a non-profit grocery store, as Store Manager.

In the fast-paced world of retail, I thrive on the challenges and opportunities it presents. Whether it's optimizing store layouts to enhance the customer journey, implementing innovative sales strategies, or fostering a positive team culture, I'm committed to driving results and exceeding expectations.
