Francine Dela Cruz

Hi my name is Francine and I am currently a senior at Rutgers University-Camden and is also a barista at my local Starbucks. I am very passionate about the technology space that involves building software solutions for end users. I am looking to advance my career and knowledge through hands on experience as well as working with others that would help me develop better as a programmer.

I am currently a barista at my local Starbucks. My role as a barista has defined my current work ethic as it has improved flexiblity with working independently and as a team. I am quick to adapt to different tasks and learning about new changes happening to the store. My job as a barista has grounded my exceptional customer service by taking accurate orders, prepping high-quality beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment along with resolving any customer complaints and challenges, emphasizing on using problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I am currently a senior at Rutgers University-Camden and is pursuing a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science.
