I am a detail-oriented Application System Analyst with strong experience in technical support, problem-solving, and healthcare IT systems. Currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh, I bring hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, EMR systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

I have over 7 years of experience in IT support and healthcare systems, including roles as an Application Support Analyst and Technical Support Specialist. I’ve supported EHR/EMR systems, performed system upgrades, trained end users, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user satisfaction. My background spans both customer-facing roles and technical troubleshooting, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in clinical environments.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on analytics, machine learning, and data engineering. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which laid a strong foundation in programming, databases, and systems analysis.
