Started working in a hospital setting at the age of 18 at the age of 20 became a  maintenance supervisor I was very appreciative and how I was taught to take bigger risk and challenges .  now that I work in a manufacturing setting and becoming a lead in a few months and also being an assistant supervisor Taking over for my boss so he can take care of his manager duties and also given the assignment when other bosses are not around Because of a startup company with the opportunity to become supervisor was very difficult because there was no other shifts available but to me, it didn’t mean anything. What meant was that? They trusted me and giving me the assignment were needed.
