Feather Karabin
Administrative
About Feather Karabin:
I’m an operations-focused leader with a proven record of running efficient, high-performing offices. My background combines team management, client relations, and process design, with a track record of measurable results—like creating intake systems adopted across multiple locations, generating six-figure quarterly revenue, and maintaining the lowest refund rate company-wide. I’m skilled in scheduling, KPI tracking, CRM management, and cross-department collaboration. Known for building strong relationships and improving workflows, I thrive in roles that balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
Experience
I have over a decade of experience in client-facing roles, operations, and office management. Currently, I work as an Assistant Clinic Manager, overseeing daily clinic operations, staff performance, scheduling, KPI tracking, and process improvements. I’ve designed systems adopted by multiple locations, generated six-figure quarterly revenue through client consultations, and maintained the lowest refund rate company-wide.
Before my current role, I spent 8 years in the alcohol industry, working at a vineyard and winery as well as in specialty liquor, beer, and wine stores. During that time, I built strong merchandising and sales skills in retail and hospitality, gained event management experience through planning and running winery events, and developed knowledge of both the agricultural and production sides of winemaking. I also managed wine club memberships, retention, and quarterly release fulfillment.
In addition, I have operated my own eCommerce business since 2013, managing every aspect from sourcing and pricing to customer service, fulfillment, and inventory management.
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics
California State University, Northridge
Earned my B.A. in Linguistics, the systematic study of language—covering its structure, meaning, sounds, and role in human communication. Through coursework, papers, and group projects, I learned how language functions and shapes the way we think and process the world, and how to apply that understanding to connect with others. This experience strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with peers on complex projects. I pursued linguistics to broaden my perspective and improve my ability to communicate effectively across contexts. Looking ahead, I plan to further develop my skills in computational linguistics, particularly as AI and language technologies become more integrated into daily life.
