  • Managed the maintenance schedules, logistical operations, and training programs for a team of 180 personnel, overseeing a fleet of 78 vehicles (both tracked and wheeled) and maintaining 200 pieces of equipment, including weapon systems.
  • Oversaw the logistical planning and coordination for transporting over 120 vehicles and containers, valued at over $60 million, from Fort Bliss, Texas, to Nowa Deba Poland.
  • Organized and oversaw maintenance operations by collaborating with teams across the organization, ensuring that all equipment and vehicles achieved full operational functionality before deployment to Europe.
  • Coordinated a seamless leadership transition during redeployment efforts while overseeing the inventory of the largest collection of assets in the Brigade and ensuring efficient reintegration procedures.

Armored Mortar Platoon Leader

U.S. Army | May 2023 – August 2024

  • Managed a team responsible for operating 120 mm mortars, providing accurate indirect fire support for Battalion missions during global deployment operations, while overseeing the use of equipment valued at over $3 billion.
  • Supervised the training programs and well-being of a team of 23 personnel, ensuring their preparedness and boosting overall morale within the unit.
  • Created and implemented physical security strategies at both Company and Battalion levels, enhancing overall preparedness and achieving the Brigade's top security rating.

M1A2 Abrams Platoon Leader

U.S. Army | September 2022 – May 2023

  • Supervised the overall preparedness and operational capabilities of 19 personnel, ensuring their training, well-being, safety, discipline, professional growth, and successful deployment to simulated combat environments. 
  • Oversaw the strategic planning, logistical coordination, and operational deployment of five M1A2 SEPV2 Abrams Main Battle Tanks, collectively valued at over $17.6 million. 
  • Directed the deployment of a platoon and executed extensive combat exercises in a simulated high-threat environment, achieving the highest performance and effectiveness within the Battalion.

S1 OIC (Human Resource Director) 

U.S. Army | May 2022 - September 2022

  • Led training operations for IPPS-A brown-out, preparing the administrative team to ensure seamless transition and system functionality, resulting in 100% readiness during system downtime.
  • Managed mailroom operations, processing and distributing over 500 official documents and packages weekly to 300 personnel, achieving zero errors in delivery and improving operational efficiency.
