Evin Roddy

I am a sophomore Mechanical Engineering major at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have a Solidworks Associate Mechanical Design certification as well as electrical assembly experience. With my experience, I believe I have a better understanding of the practical aspects of Mechanical Engineering. My passion for engineering and eagerness to learn new skills would make me a committed and enthusiastic member of any team.

I have worked as an electrical assembler at FMH, Inc. for many years during summers and college breaks.  My job includes building electrical control panels for factory automation systems. I was responsible for building panels quickly and safely to the engineer's specifications.

My academic coursework has provided me with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles and their practical applications. I have also honed my skills in both Solidworks and Creo, which has allowed me to design and analyze mechanical systems.
