I am a highly accomplished Education Leader with over 20 years of experience spanning K-12 public, private, charter, and higher education sectors. My career is defined by a consistent track record of elevating academic performance, implementing strategic school-wide initiatives, and fostering inclusive, high-performing learning environments. • Strategic Oversight: As Executive Director at Guidepost Montessori, you provide vision and leadership across multiple campuses, ensuring fidelity to Montessori philosophy while overseeing daily operations and campus culture.  

• District-Level Administration: In my role as Deputy Superintendent for Legacy Traditional Schools, I managed academic programs across various campuses, analyzed performance data to drive improvements, and assisted in long-term strategic expansion and new school openings.  

• National Impact: As National Director for Read MTI, I served as a principal national trainer, designing evidence-based literacy programs and consulting with superintendents across the country to close instructional gaps.  

School Administration & Turnaround

• Principalship: I have served as Principal or Interim Principal for several institutions, including Children First Leadership Academy, CIVICA Career and Collegiate Academy, and Amplus Academy.  

• Program Development: I successfully opened a new charter school serving 600 students at CIVICA and guided new program initiatives and campus growth at Guidepost Montessori.  

• Student-Centered Support: At Children First Leadership Academy, I led the coordination of comprehensive wraparound services for low-income and highly mobile students, partnering with community agencies to provide essential social-emotional supports.  

Higher Education & Teacher Development

• Academic Leadership: At the University of Phoenix, I served as Campus College Chairwoman for the College of Education, overseeing program integrity, accreditation processes (CAEP), and faculty mentoring.  

• Instructional Coaching: Throughout my career, I have mentored over 50 teachers and support staff, facilitating professional learning communities (PLCs) and conducting coaching cycles to improve pedagogical practices.
