Ethan Jones

Living in South Lyon MI, I am a IT Computer Systems Analyst. 

I have been in the IT field since 2015 where is went to school in BC Canada to get my Computer Information Systems Diploma. After graduating I moved to Cambridge Ontario where I was an IT Technician at Septodont Novocol, a pharmaceutical company. I then moved to a company, now known as Custom Health based out of LA California, in 2019 where I became an IT Analyst. 

In IT we end up using a lot of software and services, to many to list here, however the systems I am the most proficient at are Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Azure AD. 

Tech is my passion, I have to have the latest tech at all times and have beta tested Windows since 2007. I love finding new software solutions and keeping up to date on new solutions. I have procured tens of thousands of equipment for companies over the years and can not wait to find better solutions for everything. If I find a good product I will often times get so excited that it wears off on those around often times get them on board as well. 

My other passions include cars and content creation. 

IT Analyst at Custom Health

Employed at Custom Health from July 2019 to February 2023. Provide support for end users and manage internal company IT infrastructure. Successfully managed the merging of IT infrastructure during a merger and completed an additional company wide domain migration.

• Created many automatic workflows in Power Automate 
• Onboarded and offboarded users in both Office 365 and AD

Employed at Septodont from September 2017 to June 2019. Provided first level support for end user devices, operating systems, and software. Successfully lead a project to upgrade 800 users across North America to Windows 10.
