Erin Julianna Ellison

I’m a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner and creative with over 10 years of experience in meditation, yoga, video production, and community-centered wellness. I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Unplug Meditation, Optimist LA, and American Apparel—blending mindful practices with storytelling and design. Whether I’m guiding a meditation, producing a wellness series, or hosting healing events, my goal is always to help people slow down, reconnect, and thrive.

I studied at Eastern Michigan University with a focus on journalism and communications, which shaped my ability to connect through storytelling and intentional guidance. I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, trained meditation facilitator through Unplug Meditation, and a certified sound healing practitioner. My teaching blends breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic awareness to create grounding, accessible practices that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping people slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in their bodies.
