Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky with a passion for Food Service and Hospitality management. I have over 20 years of related experience that has allowed me to grow through employment with the University of Kentuckys Dining Services, a greater-Lexington area wedding and corporate business provider, and my current role with Bon Appetit as the Dining Services Director. It wouldn't be an introduction without acknowledging our Kentucky sports teams…Go Cats!
