Ericha Rupp, MT-BC, is a healthcare entrepreneur and CEO with nearly a decade of experience leading Note-able Music Therapy Services of MN, LLC. She oversees strategic operations, clinical service delivery, internship and practicum programs, and business growth within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Her background includes senior leadership roles in mental health services, program development across multiple sites, and statewide and national advocacy. Rupp brings deep expertise in workforce supervision, trauma-informed care, and professional governance within the music therapy field.

Ericha Rupp holds a Master of Arts in Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota, supported by a university-affiliated clinical internship at Fraser. She also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Music Education (K–12) and Vocal Performance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, providing a strong foundation in clinical practice, education, and leadership within healthcare and therapeutic settings.
