With over 25 years in Professional Management in lean manufacturing team environments, my background includes positions as acting Master Planning Scheduler, Plant Manager, inventory control, and quality control and assurance.

Most recently as Production Planner at EFCO Products, schedules were coordinated with production, procurement, and maintenance departments to ensure delivery deadlines in accordance to customer requirements and forecasts. I managed inventory to achieve business and team goals such as maximizing production efficiency and accuracy, running lean manufacturing principles, while following guidelines of SQF. I created and reviewed SOPs on how to train and direct employees in processes, safety, and maintenance.  I’ve worked with many ERP systems including the implementation of Batchmaster at EFCO. I have excellent skills using Excel and Word to help communicate production goals and performance,

As Plant Manager at Beacon Looms, I have experience supervising over 50 employees while continuing actives of planning. and worked with other departments to provide customer satisfaction and factory goals. I’ve been involved with inspection of the quality of the product and communicated with suppliers to ensure on time service and product specs.

● Plan schedules and coordinate production so materials, equipment and personnel are effectively utilized and establish sequence of optimal operations

● Run MPS and MRP and manage changes that arise on a continual basis 

● Review sales orders, inventory levels, and forecast relative to min/max and shelf life 

● Oversee the requisition of raw material to the supply chain to ensure on time availability, proper thawing time, staging, and FIFO 

● Coordinate trial runs and formula changes with Product Development, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Customer Service 

● Review production yields and communicate to Customer Service on a regular basis 

● Work with Production and Engineering on problem solving and corrective actions to minimize interruptions and insure process improvements
