I am a seasoned and certified people executive with over 20 years of experience in leading and scaling People Operations across various sectors, including energy, technology, hospitality, and defense. I have a strong background in human resources, employee relations, employee benefits, ESG, DEI, L&D, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Administration & Facilities. I hold an MBA, an M.A. in Human Relations, and the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Currently, I serve as the SVP People & Culture at Pine Gate Renewables, a utility-scale solar independent power producer, where I oversee the full-cycle HR functions and partner with the executive team to align the people strategy with the business vision and goals. I am passionate about building and sustaining a culture of excellence, diversity, and growth in the solar industry, and fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment. I am also a member of the SHRM Executive Network and a fellow at the Veterans Advanced Energy Project, where I leverage my expertise and network to advance the careers, people, and the profession of people leadership in the renewable energy sector. I am an advocate of people, equity, culture, and talent, and a no-ego entrepreneur.

I have an MBA (University of Oklahoma), MHR (Naval Postgraduate School), and a BS in Ocean Engineering (United States Naval Academy).
