I have 25+ years of experience in customer service in different industries.  Customer service, reporting office support and management experience in my previous positions.  I have experience with customer relations and problem solving.  I have many years of data entry with computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point presentations.  I also have research experience with quality review.

Some college with 16 credits in with accounting and general studies.  I also took continuing education classes with a bookkeeping certification.
