Emma Waldron

I am a passionate and driven marketing graduate from Western Kentucky University. I graduated in December 2024. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in marketing principles, including Digital Marketing, Personal Selling, and Integrated Marketing Communication.

In my hands-on role as a Marketing and Promotions Intern with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, I've gained valuable experience in community engagement and event coordination. I actively contribute to the success of theme nights and in-game entertainment, focusing on innovative ways to enhance fan experiences and the team's brand presence. Additionally, as a Social Media Assistant at NCM Motorsport Park, I create and manage engaging TikTok content, plan video releases, and interact with our online community to boost brand awareness.

Prior to this, I honed my customer service and leadership skills as a Sales Floor Leader at Buckle, where I managed a $2.3 million store and played a key role in recruitment and team development. My ability to effectively market products through social media platforms and visual merchandising was a critical factor in achieving our sales targets.

I am a natural relationship builder with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in all my endeavors. My experience across different retail environments, combined with my academic background, has cultivated a robust skill set in leadership, effective communication, and multi-tasking.
