Emily Margolis

I am a Political Science graduate with a minor in Public Health from Tulane University. I am passionate about how policy and community programs shape public health outcomes. Through coursework and research in epidemiology, healthcare access, and disease response, I’ve developed a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of the systems that influence community wellbeing. I’m especially drawn to evidence-based interventions, health education, and strategies that promote equitable access to care.

My experience spans internships, international programs, and educational roles that strengthen communication, project management, and community engagement skills. At Spero Media, I supported media buying and marketing initiatives through research and vendor coordination. As a CIEE Abroad Ambassador in Barcelona, I created digital content and engaged students to boost program participation. At Isidore Newman School, I led after-school STEM and social development programs, collaborating with faculty to enhance student learning. These experiences have honed my ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and contribute to programs that promote community wellbeing.

I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite, along with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. I am eager to apply these skills and my experiences to a professional setting, enhancing my practical understanding while contributing to your team's success.
