I am an attorney, entrepreneur, and business strategist with a background in litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property protection. As the Founder and General Counsel of Emikeni Inc., I have led high-stakes legal matters, managed corporate compliance, and successfully launched innovative consumer products. With experience in litigation financing, municipal law, and brand protection, I thrive at the intersection of law and business, helping companies navigate legal challenges while driving growth. Passionate about problem-solving, advocacy, and innovation, I am committed to leveraging my expertise to create impact in both the legal and business spaces.

• Emikeni Inc. – Founder & General Counsel, leading legal strategy, IP protection,  and corporate governance for a multi-million-dollar business.

• Law Finance Group – Legal Counsel & Funding Director, structuring litigation financing deals and assessing high-value cases.

• Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP – Corporate Associate, focusing on private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and business transactions, along with securities and regulations.

• Herrick, Feinstein LLP – Legal Intern, working on international corporate transactions, real estate, and regulatory compliance.

I hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, where I developed expertise in litigation, IP, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I earned an MBA from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), equipping me with strategic business insights that complement my legal expertise. Prior to that, I obtained a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, graduating with a 3.9 GPA and making the Dean’s List (2007–2010). My multidisciplinary education in law, business, and economics allows me to approach legal challenges with a strategic and commercially driven mindset.
