Emilse Monarrez

My name is Emilse or Emy. I have worked in a kitchen for 3 years before recently moving to Kansas City. I love cooking and baking; I constantly experiment with food whether it is a savory or sweet dish. I also have worked as a waitress and have good people skills; I am efficient and able to work well with others and work in a fast-paced environment. 

The most professional work experience I have is working in a family business, I helped at the register, attending to tables, preparing for the day as far as washing, cutting or cooking different meats or dishes, takeout orders or working at the window. 

I have an associate degree in Science. and I am currently studying to become a Forensic Pathologist
