Elyssabeth Pratt

I recently graduated with an MS in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. I am an experienced health educator passionate about scientific research and community health.

As a Gynecologic Teaching Associate, I conducted inclusive gynecological exam training for healthcare students across multiple campuses. I collaborated with the Texas A&M Health Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing to train nurses on providing high-quality, trauma-informed care for victims of violence - helping them become SANE, or Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, certified in the state of Texas. As a Physical Examination Teaching Associate, I taught the methodology of a comprehensive head-to-toe physical exam to medical students. During the Fall and Spring semesters, administered quarterly exams to ensure clarity and proficiency in a wide range of examination techniques. Furthermore, I developed and implemented original video content and benchmark exams to train incoming employees based on my excellence in teaching demonstrated by faculty and student reviews.

I earned an MS in Biomedical Science from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Science in August 2024. Prior to that, I earned a BS in Allied Health and Biology from the Texas A&M University School of Public Health in May 2023.
