Hello! I'm a data enthusiast and experienced leader who's passionate about using technology to transform lives and create innovative customer experiences. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing cross-functional teams to solve gnarly challenges and build out robust data capabilities.

One thing I love about my work is being able to act as a "translator" - helping business teams take their most pressing problems and figure out how to solve them with data, analytics, and insights. It's incredibly exciting to see the impact that data-driven decision-making can have on a business - whether that's boosting revenue, improving customer engagement, or identifying new product opportunities.

Another aspect of my work that's really important to me is coaching and supporting my teams. I believe in empowering others to grow and succeed, and I take a lot of pride in seeing my team members thrive and excel.

Outside of work, you'll find me pursuing all sorts of adventures and challenges - from hiking in the mountains to learning new creative skills at home. I'm always looking for ways to learn and grow, and I'm excited to see where my next adventure will take me!

Sr Director, Data, Analytics & Insights

Zwift is a global software/hardware subscription business, gamifying and making fitness fun. Recruited as the senior data leader; led Zwift’s transformation to a data-driven company by simultaneously evolving the capabilities of the data teams and improving business processes and the understanding of data amongst key decision makers. Directed functional planning and budgeting, providing technical expertise, and coaching / developing global insights team members.

• Launched vision for analytics and set direction for first data strategy, resulting in significant investment to scale the team from 3->20 and introduce new capabilities in research, business intelligence & data science.
• Improved annual planning processes by aligning finance, marketing, and product leads around shared goals and established the first functional KPIs/targets to deliver them. Provided monitoring dashboards and regular organization-wide progress updates giving insight into performance throughout the year.
• Collaborated with senior product leaders to integrate data into the Product Development Lifecycle and template artifacts – solving the problem of product changes ‘breaking’ data pipelines and setting expectations for data and insights usage in evidential-based investment decisions.
