Elizabeth Sundstrom is a dedicated guest experience professional with a strong background in live entertainment, sports, and attractions management. Currently serving as Senior Coordinator of Guest Experience with the Cleveland Cavaliers, she supports more than 150 annual events at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, managing large-scale teams, developing training programs, and ensuring seamless guest communications.

Her career spans leadership roles at Walt Disney World Resort, Cedar Point, Breakout Games, and the Cincinnati Zoo, where she honed her skills in accessibility advocacy, operational excellence, and team development. Elizabeth is passionate about creating inclusive, memorable experiences for diverse audiences, with specialized training in sensory accessibility, inclusive leadership, and immersive storytelling.

With dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Musical Theatre from Xavier University, she brings creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to every role. Elizabeth thrives in dynamic environments where she can foster community, elevate guest experiences, and lead with inclusivity at the forefront.
