About Elizabeth Bachorik:

I have been a nurse practitioner for 15 years and RN for 19 years.  Worked in a variety of settings to include outpatient internal medicine/neurology clinic, VA primary care at satellite clinics, home health for complex geriatric patients, mental state hospital in Alexandria for primary care, skilled nursing facilites, in transitional care and long term care for primary care, group homes setting for primary care.  Also, specialty of gastroenterology at the University of Minnesota. I enjoy interaction with patients to develop a plan based on patient preferred outcomes and provide education.
