Maintaining current relationships with guests, and learning the entire menu though taking it a step further and challenging myself to articulated the dish in a way that enticed the guest to try. I also worked behind the bar. Each day there were newly proposed specials which I memorized to offer/present to our guests. On occasion, not-to-mention that celebrities dined, and I had the pleasure of serving them.

Fine dining with a casual feel, was responsible for full-service from greeting, to bussing tables properly so as to not circumvent, or disrupt any conversations. Also responsible to learn the entire menu my first week, and to also learn and present specials in a compelling fashion. Up-sold with ease.

Committed to learning and mastering the verbal presentation of daily specials, and deals which were launched weekly. Also responsible for learning wine pairing’s. Prioritized team-work and collaboration while also appropriately clearing/cleaning/stocking assigned stations at the start of the shift and also at the end.
