About Eiman Eltinay:
Eiman Eltinay, MPH, MS, is a Government Operations Consultant III at the Florida Department of Health in Duval County. My responsibilities include coordinating and evaluating performance improvement activities, monitoring strategic plan objectives, preparing competitive grant proposals, leading QI activities, analyzing performance data, designing and conducting research, and disseminating evaluation findings. I also coach, mentor, and supervise interns and am currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the American College of Education.
