Eileen Nofi

I am a certified personal trainer through NASM.  I have been classically trained in Pilates and yoga with over ten years of experience working with clients in group and one-on-one training.  My passion is to help my clients reach an understanding of movement so they can live a more fulfilling life. 

My first career as a senior manager in the technology field led me to my love of yoga and Pilates, which led me to my first certification with Yoga Alliance.  I taught group fitness part time until 2008 when I decided to switch over to fitness as a full-time career.  I have since become a NASM CPT, and trained in the  Pilates method through Balanced Body.  Currently, working on certification in mat and reformer through Club Pilates.  

Working one-on-one with my clients has proven to be the most enlightening education of all.  To apply learned concepts on unique individuals with very specialized needs has been both a challenge and a pleasure.
