I am a Mixologist by trade with 2 decades of experience. I have aptly been named the "cocktail guru” for a reason. I've built menu for bars for 8 years, and I have a gift of creation not a lot can match. Food & Beverage is my love. I thrive in hospitality because of my coachability, speed and efficiency, and my ability to teach and inspire. I can command an entire room, and intertwine everyone together with my charismatic personality. 

I have 2 decades of Food & Beverage experience, I'm BarSmarts certified, I have built multiple cocktail menus hear in town, and I craft handmade artisan syrup, jam spreads, sugars, and sorbets. No one does what I do…period!
