By applying KPI-driven maintenance strategies, structured assessments, and hands-on instruction, I have improved operational efficiency, reduced downtime, and strengthened long-term reliability across multiple organizations.

In senior supervisory roles, I have managed multi-million-dollar budgets, administered federal contracts, and led cross-functional teams in high-tempo, production-driven environments. Technically, I maintain strong hands-on capability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems, including electronics repair, precision measurement, and three-phase motor testing and troubleshooting. I am known for my ability to translate complex technical issues into clear action plans and to communicate effectively between technicians, management, customers, and regulatory agencies.
