I am skilled at identifying each team member’s strengths and weaknesses and developing training plans to maximize performance.In my role as Bar and Restaurant Manager, I quickly realized the importance of workflow optimization in creating a smooth and efficient operation. Through careful planning and process improvement, I have successfully streamlined workflows, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
