Experience
I have over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. I have been in the environmental health and safety industry for the past five years. I was last responsible for the health and safety of approximately 90 employees in a manufacturing facility that made windshield washer fluid. We had over 100,000 gallons of methanol alcohol on site at any given time. It was critical for me to stay engaged on a daily basis with every employee from each department to ensure they were working in a safe manner. I walked our manufacturing warehouse and shipping warehouse daily, looking for any safety risks and reporting these to the responsible department manager in our company's Assurex reporting system. I was responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks and worked in conjunction with the onsite management team and offsite corporate EHS team.
